so the father should be prosecuted for that at least. There may be some federal laws broken since the dude took his guns to DC and Tennessee.

But the best part of it all is that sovereign citizens don't believe they should follow the government's laws. That should be reason enough to deny someone's right to bear arms. They can't be law abiding gun owners.
