They love Putin and much of the former communist block. They consider Russia and the other countries of the former soviet sphere of influence to be untouched by western "decadence." So yes, it's highly likely they are attempting to sabotage democracies around the world. The west needs to awaken even more from it's slumber. This is a very real threat.
