8. I think most of the world

is more educated about our American government than some of our own voters (or even elected officials ), so I expect that they know that "this too shall pass". They go through whiplash as it is within their own countries when there are party changes for their Prime Ministers. But what it will require is that they "gird their loins" and buckle up and try to make efforts to stabilize things as best they can because they can't count on us at this point.
