102. As a recent Manhattan resident, gun violence was EXTREMELY rare insinde the city.

This wasn't a rampage, but a targeted attack on a particular person. It just happened to get out of hand. I still don't believe that this was the typical psycho gun rampage that has been happening in so many other places in this country.
