His supporters will praise his genius, saying he is doing it to keep the North Koreans off balance. But everyone except Ivanka and Steve Doocy knows that's not true.

The only one here who is truly unbalanced is Trump, himself. He believes people who tell him water is dry, and he believes people who tell him water is wet, and by the end of the day, he'll believe water is both dry AND wet, depending on whether has last Big Mac had more ketchup or more mustard.
