15. Making the US a National Right To Work country......

will devastate Unions, both Public and Private, as we know them to be...a watchdog for workers. My husband is retired UAW and continues to this day to remain active in the UAW.

What National Right To Work law would entail besides Unions being pretty much torn apart is....

No weekends off
No paid overtime after 40 hours
No earned wage increases for excellence, loyalty to employer
No paid 3 day bereavement leaves
No paid vacations earned
No healthcare benefits
No secured pensions
No safety regulations in the workplace
No right to file grievances for employer abuses
No right to express political opinions regarding candidates who support worker's rights
No right to collectively bargain for better wages and benefits

These are just a few reasons WHY Unions are important to securing the Middle Class and rising from poverty.
