I think Democrats should be able to speak their own truth on this issue in the voice they are comfortable with. A strong pro choice agenda does not fit all districts. Let's not lose our chance to do morally right by the middle class by standing so firm on abortion. My wife and I just had our first child. We were so heartbroken when we had miscarriages, I'm not arguing to make abortion illegal I'm just saying I think there's a lot of people out there who find the subject difficult to think about. I'd rather fight hard for a moral tax code, moral education, moral climate...these are far less complicated subjects. I'm a win first democrat this cycle.
