(11,197 posts)47. I would think that if anything happens to the author, his family, or
innocent bystanders because Fox made his name public, Fox would be culpable for what happens. Any reasonable person would know that releasing the name of someone involved with an incident like the death of Bin Laden could cause Al Queda to go after the guy.
