1. You were warned as a candidate that foreign agents were trying to penetrate your campaign.

2. You repeatedly failed to notify the FBI that members of your campaign had numerous contacts with foreign agents whose intent was to illegally influence the upcoming election.

3. You knew about these contacts and failed to notify the FBI.

4. This makes you a knowing accomplice to illegal acts. The FBI had no obligation to tell you anything.
