If only the FF had the gift of future peering of their established but evolving Constitution. Could they have ever imagined such a corrupt, treasonous, defiant President and Congress. I think not. With all their forethought why in heaven’s name would they empower an executive to pardon he and his partners crimes? How utterly foolish. Their horror at what they (FF) spawned would create a subterranean whirlwind of casket spinning enough to power a sun lasting beyond the universe demise.
