You can't fly for a month or so afterwards (I had a friend who had those instructions). She was all swollen and full of fluids, with drains sticking out of her and such...flying exacerbates that or something.)

Second is liposuction or tummy tuck (she has a tummy, which although I'd love to have a body like hers, to her I'm sure she'd consider it not up to par w/the rest of her body).

If she just had a cyst or something removed, I don't think that requires not flying for a month.
