the cop would have run over, drawn his gun, thrown him to the ground, handcuffed him while kneeling full force on him, and arrested him IMMEDIATELY for "public intoxication and disturbing the peace"... and then he'd have been thrown into the back of the police car "and not being gentle" about it per his "dear leader". And the guy is prancing around with a damn (I guess bullet-proof) vest on with all sorts of neat little pockets in it full of who knows what.

It's sad that it took a 2nd officer to finally come over and actually get the jerk.
