He is 100% NOT putting tariffs on all Chinese made goods, because he will never ever in his hopefully short criminal lifetime ever put tariffs on his or toys goods, all of which come from China. Greedy SOB loves to hurt others, but absolutely can't stand even any tiny inconvenience for himself.
