....incompetance. He finds it useful. And has known about it for years, having bailed him out of bankruptcy several times in the last decade.
No, it's a show of alpha dominance. And perhaps even a threat. It's a way of remindig Trump that Putin has all the compromat and holds all the cards. I'll send for you when I'm ready.
