10. "What if they had a war (protest) and nobody came?"

Here in this deep south community people refused to be downtown during the tiny annual KKK parade. Hard on the businesses, but after a few events that made exactly the statement they didn't want, this county's KKKers gave up.

As an alternative, what I would like to see is what the press did not show in Charleston: The large number of people who lined the streets to quietly express their rejection. Photographers had to work on their camera angles to get only the aggressive ones in front who gave a better show.
