these days and they do not cost hundreds of thousands of dollars either.
Besides if the CIA wanted to kill Maduro they could have done it years ago but the truth is that ultimately his being in charge does not matter to the US or atleast not currently as the majority of our countries interest is in the middle east as well as Asia and Europe.
