It doesn't matter that the rePIGs can raise more campaign money than we can. If we can pay the bills with what we raise, then overdesign won't be necessary. That's the point. Mike seems bent on making "overkill" the enemy of "adequate." That's a variation of, "Making perfect the enemy of the good."

There is the problem of buying radio and tv spots from the major networks. It may come down to who wants to pay more, and who can't afford to pay the asking (jacked up or not) price...Something like that might become a problem. There must be laws regulating the selling of "airtime" that keeps things in check.. I would hope so at least. So, don't become disheartened by all the money being raised by the rePIGs. If we can raise enough to "pay the bills," that's sufficient. I don't like what "Citizens United" allows, but I don't believe that organized money can triumph over organized people. Stay vigilant, and don't let the bastards grind you down.
