He was a good decent guy with enough of a conscience, that he had qualms enough to quit. Wrong what he did. But honorable in his response. But in comparison... The only way he violated the rule was to quit. Sort of the whole purpose of the damage-control rule. He'll be back.

Time isnt the critical thing. Making it a good and honest investigation IS important.
