Didn't he already use that line a few times in the last year already?

I gather its some kind of deflated attempt to influence the public to get impatient and thus put pressure on Mueller and the DOJ to cause them to hastily wrap everything up and go forward not fully prepared. And maybe in doing so make a mistake that Trump's team can pounce on.

Good luck with that. Mueller is proving he is a 1000x the lawyer Rudy is.
