16. Putin's goal is to generate chaos

Putin is not trump's friend and Putin's sole goal is to generate as much chaos as possible. Right now, Putin should generate the maximum amount of chaos by releasing the pee tape before the midterm elections. Trump could resign after the mid term elections and now is the best time for Putin to make use of that tape. If Russia is reading this board, Russia can generate the maximum amount of chaos by releasing the pee tape in October.
