8. How does a 20 year old incident qualify as "late breaking news"?

As the commenters at the WaPo site explained in a dozen different ways, this story has been out there a LONG time, Beto has addressed it repeatedly, and even with the worst interpretation, it is nowhere close to the many incidents involving Trump—or even the Bushes/Cheney.
