"[K]ey" official in the Trump administration. That explains how truth gets measured at 1000 percent. So... it's 10 times the whole truth? This official wasn't part of the budget process by any chance?

Haven't ordered my copy of the book yet, but will do so soon. I intend to have a hard copy to go alongside "It's Even Worse Than You Think".

Woodward has a lifetime of credibility behind his work. Diaper Don has a lifetime of lies behind his scams. Many people are saying.
