4. The difference is actual targeting and planning instead of just redneck target practice.

The All Journal reported that Grady Hospital in Atlanta was one of the locations being targeted. Along with the other information of training kids to shoot up schools.
Most of these other groups are going out target shooting and preparing for some feared showdown with the govt but not actually planning attacks. There are those that have, and we've seen them arrested as well. Just last year a white man was arrested for planning to duplicate the Oklahoma City bombing.
This is just a larger scale than what we usually see. Throw in a dead child, kidnapping & illegal gun running and theres a BIG difference from bubba & his beer bellied friends running around "training" to defend themselves.
