If you really want a answer, find a manhole cover, get it open, climb down, close lid, after the blast has past you have up to a hour before radiation levels start to rise dramatically as the radioactive dust starts to fall to the ground, use that time to get out of the area or into a deep basement with several floors above you or anything that will have 3 feet of dirt above you. Even crawling deep into a culvert might get you thru the blast also depending on the breaks. Obviously if you are withing the crater range of ground zero you will be toast but further out this will save you.
(2 bolts wired together with a space in between them is what you need to get the manhole cover open, stick one thru the hole in the manhole cover and lift with the other one.)
