I had to travel to S. Carolina many times on business years ago and now I can see why they have Lindsay Graham. I believe they are also one of the poorest states.
They really aren't "into" education much plus they don't want to pay enough taxes to have better schools.

I say go for it. More folks in Maine should have been in the streets protesting Collins vote.
