The kid was 20 feet away from the cop when he unloaded the entire clip.

Originally, i was thinking the cop was justified with the kid actually having a weapon. The idea of feeling threatened made sense.

Then i saw the animation of the shooting based upon the eyewitness testimony of several people. The kid was still 20 feet away, and walking away at an angle. Not an imminent threat and not even moving toward the cop. And he unloads the entire clip.

After i saw that video, i knew the cop was toast.
