Why have elections if you won't count the votes. Besides if the election was that fouled up the solution is not just to say 'I want my side to win so let's just declare them the winners' or to not count the votes it would be to declare the election for those positions in that state null and void and hold another election with oversight from a non-partisan group to help ensure their is no cheating by anybody.
