6. Democrats and Republicans should come together on wall funding

and tell Donald Trump "NO FUCKING WAY".

There should be a measure from the Democratic Congress that sends a bill of $1.6 Billion to Mexico for their payment of the first installment of the wall funding that was in the most recent spending bill. When they pay that to us, we'll consider the next installment.
