right now, from what i am hearing, in order to amend or change this, the republicans will need 3/4's majority in both houses. the senate leader(who's a grade A jackass) has a super majority in the senate but not enough to have 3/4's so this is not going thru!

also since there's no retail sales until 2020, there's nothing stopping someone from setting up a grow tent and 600-1000w lamp. seeds you can buy from us based breeders.
