He certainly is in the position of compiling a list showing who here is a lobbyist and for whom. Many of the few I know anything about are now working for universities. I know some are working as lobbyists - and agree that this is a problem. It doesn't make that quoted comment wrong.

Could it be that this was a Washington Post column?
