use the Google machine and look at pictures of Pittsburgh in 1940 compared with the same location today.

People are nutz. Even bringing in a discussion of money, there are more jobs to be had in renewable energy than in coal. The use of mountaintop mining drastically cut the need for miners.

There is no good argument for coal.
