I wish people would stop assuming that something is "wrong" with people who are in a committed relationship but don't have, and don't want, children. My wife and I have been married for almost 8 years, and have no intention whatsoever of having children. For one thing, she can't conceive because of endometriosis, and even if she could, we don't want kids anyway. We have cats, and I don't have to figure out how to put a cat through university.

When you tell some people that, they stare at you like you're some bizarre alien being. It's perfectly possible to have a family of two, and it's actually nice not having children. If we wanna go out for dinner and a movie, we don't have to sort out getting a sitter and all that jazz. We just go.

Like I said, off topic but slightly related, and it's always been something that just grinds my gears.
