against ISIS. The coalition that designed the plan to take back the land from ISIS and to help Iraqis (in Iraq) create the governence needed to make it less likely that they would accept a future wave of terorists. I was impressed that as they took back land, the US and Norway led the effort on demining the areas and money was pledged to help them rebuild. THAT was a transition plan that would give some chance of stabalizing the area.

Needless to say, remember when Raqqa fell and Trump tweeted how he created a better coalition, including countries in the region and how he did so much better than Obama, who did not do much against ISIS. (Other than actually creating that coalition - that did not include any new countries in 2017, getting Iraq to fight ISIS, and to regain many areas).

Like, leaving Paris and the Iran deal, creating multiple trade wars, fighting with NATO and actually alienating Canada -- this is Trump deserting the Western alliances. It is hard to believe that Trump has defacto allied us with Saudi Arabia, Russia and Turkey --- and he loves Kim Yung Un and his white nationalist base is on board.
