1. It'll be interesting to see how the 9th Circuit decides this one.

The club should have rights, as an individual, under the first amendment. This seems like a side-effect of "Citizens United". I'd bet the Ninth gives the club their right to wear a logo.

And then it goes to the Supreme Court. Mongols like Beer. Kavanaugh likes Beer. Squee and Donkey-Dong Doug might even be Mongols.
