they knew.......................every republican in that house, governorship, legislature and justice department in that state knew........................and then they did nothing, and thousands of babies will have problems later, and the public will have to deal with that issue for years, or just like the coal ponds in North Carolina....................or mountain top removal in Kentucky and West Virginia.................they know................
