Ruling by decree because he cannot get what he wants through the Constitutional process is tyranny.

Trump is not a conservative, he is not a Constitutionalist, and what is so disheartening is that the so-called 'conservative' Trumpians will shred the Constitution in order to support their 'Leader'.

Bad day for our constitutional republic.
