Gaetz is a puppet, he is not very smart, it sounds like someone in the mob family called the puppet and gave him information...

I have a theory:
1. orange buffoon called little buffoon (Don Jr) and tells some stories, also tells him to call the least smart of his puppets
2. little buffoon calls Gaetz and gives him instructions
3. After Gaetz rolls around the floor for a little bit and gets his belly scratched by little buffoon, he tweets
3.1 He is so excited that his master has called for his help that he fails to look up "Obstruction of Justice"

And hopefully the story ends with the puppet being kicked out of Congress and given a Halloween suit to wear for some time.
