I was so waiting for this type of post....if Dumpsters wall stops Just One American being killed by an Undocumented immigrant... should we support his Emergency declaration?
If not..why?

We have Backround checks...unfortunately they fail sometimes..or worse. aren't enforsed

That's not a reason to not expand checks. If those expanded checks stop just one nut out there...
