The Air Traffic controller unions also had contracts but it didn't seem to bother Raygun when he fired them all. When a corporation declares bankruptcy all hose pension contracts are wiped out by the judiciary.

When Thatcher directed the murders of the mine workers, they had Union contracts too.

Seems contracts always favor the uber rich. Because the laws are rigged in their favor especially in capitalistic countries. So don't dare to stand up to them or you end up having to not only fight political battles in your country but you get to fight all the rich oligarchs in the US too.
