Ken Starr's 400+ page opus on President William Jefferson Clinton was NOT given to the Clinton WH ahead of time. In fact, Starr bus loaded hundreds of copies, delivered same to the steps of the Capitol, and had the press notified in advance so they could take pictures/film of a mountain of paper. See pic below!

Result? No impeachment nor fines nor jail time...no shit!

Barr is wise to skip any WH editing but only to save his own ass if it is found later he intentionally mislead Congress. By releasing the full report save some grand jury stuff, at worst Trump could fire him after the fact yet Barr can claim he is/was innocent of any wrongdoing.
