out country back (!) from these marauders - what else could they be called? Along with other labs & departments and/or any other entity, making sure it will be temporary and they have to do like DuPont after WWII - only charge $1 above reasonable expenses (after they charged millions off of WWI).

They aren't the only side that can draw up a legally binding contract.
