Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) is suing the parent company of his hometown newspaper for $150 million, Fox News reported Monday.

The lawsuit targets The McClatchy Company, owners of the Fresno Bee, along with reporter MacKenzie Mays and Republican consultant Liz Mair.

The lawsuit complains about a May 23, 2018 article titled, “A yacht, cocaine, prostitutes: Winery partly owned by Nunes sued after fundraiser event.”
