I didn't see any mention of setting a bond for the people being detained. Is that even legal for a non-violent detainee? Causing people to miss days from work could cost them their job. That alone makes this bone-headed. I could see some Sheriff's hiring extra deputies to do immigration sweeps (driving while brown). How far behind is the police state?
