of 'doing something' to make my daughter be born retarded. It is a genetic anomaly and when I told her it happened at the moment of conception, she scoffed and essentially accused me of lying. She had no idea of what I was talking about. She had no idea of genetics and how they work! this is someone who has a college degree and was a teacher.
