Some outside America might wonder why........
Threats from climate change, disappearing means to climb the ladder to success and then no job security or guarantee of retirement, multiple conflicts around the globe, increasing gun violence including mass killings, insecure schools and businesses, increasing domestic violence, little or no savings or other safety net, health care unavailable or very expensive, community fabric being ripped apart, politicians and media personalities keeping everyone's heads spinning with bullshit, creeping price inflation and stagnant wages, a highly divided and verbally abrasive populace, people's emotional world now controlled by social media, and I just don't get no damn respect!
I'm sure I've missed many others but that enough to create mass collective insanity......
Not to worry. The GOP will soon begin mass distribution of free Xanax and Effexor any day now....
PS: I forgot to include skyrocketing unsolicited sales phone calls every day.
