what he said it would be, and exactly what people who know him and worked with him said it would be. I do not see how anyone has "been had" except by their own fantasies or ill-conceived expectations.

Do I wish Mueller had a different personality and and made different judgments in this case? Of course I do. But I must recognize that my wishes are merely that, and not actually who he is or how he operates.
