Literally - he is crazy
I met him years ago and know people who know him and he is beyond eccentric...he is batshit crazy.
Smart as hell - but very unstable. So who knows what is going on there.
Only thing more dangerous than a mentally unstable person with lots of cash is one who also has weapons.
