re: Fox, if it helps, Fox News is no longer part of 21st Century Fox, which is owned by Disney now.

When Disney bought Fox, Fox News and the Fox Sports networks were not part of the deal. They were spun out of 21st Century Fox and comprise a new company called Fox Inc.
