Google Images was not "off".
MSN.com was even guilty of finding the OPD Twitter feed of the photo of the two men together and CHOSE without verification to crop the photo to show Dennis Turner as the white man.
The MSn site has been corrected (without comment) but Google Images Thumbs last forever.
As noted elsewhere, when I was confronted with the different men shown, the first thing I noticed was the hardware and stripes the white guy was wearing and thought: That ain't no resource officer....
I commend you for the relatively quick correction.
But two things.
Note how when it is discovered it was a black man...the discussion died.
And
My question:
Why did YOU when presented with two options, did you assume it just HAD to be the white guy?
