It's very possible that all of these records are being destroyed as we (virtually) speak. Someone (not Trump) knows what's on those transcripts is damning if not outright illegal, and that person or persons are up to their eyeballs in full-on felonies, and they've already shown they're willing to break the law (again) to cover it all up. No way are they going to let us see the transcripts now.

It could be that the only way we'll find out what they contain is from Trump himself. Because he has proven time and again that he is incapable of comprehending that he's done anything wrong.
